Cuckoo-Roller is objectively Madagascar's weirdest bird, at least taxonomically speaking. It's in its own order, not just family!

I have been quiet for a few days, and so has our viral nemesis. Just a handful a new cases, a bunch of recoveries, and developing plans for opening up the country. One humorous development, was that those caught without face masks in the capital were conscripted for street-sweeping duty! Hopefully they were given a mask once they started that dirty work. The homeopathic remedy endorsed by the president is being given out for free by the military, and Senegal has bought a big bath of the botanical brew. Who knows what will come next in this bizarre story...
