The White-headed Vanga is one of a bounty of Malagasy vangas. Perched on an Octopus Tree, one of the special plants of the bizarre southwestern Spiny Forest.
Caravans of busses from the capital have arrived in my town today, after the presidentially mandated lift on the nationwide travel ban. Everyone is being screened upon arrival at a big gymnasium. Probably just checking temperature and watching for obvious coughing. But this still seems like a terrible idea to me.
