There is a perception here that the virus has been beaten. A homeopathic treatment made of essential oils of endemic plants has been developed, and tested to a limited extent, and is widely believed to be effective. The "lock-down" will end soon, and schools and businesses will reopen. Though I have some trepidation about this turn of events, and doubts about the homeopathic cure, I also believe that you can't keep a deeply impoverished country at a standstill for very long. Who knows what will play out in the next few weeks...
